Super playful, loves people, strangers, other dogs and, according to his previous owner, children. A gorgeous smile, even under very trying circumstances, this energetic bundle of love is playful and very social. An excellent evaluation somehow ended up with excluding child despite coming from a home with 4 children. Might this be due to the extra friendly Ernesto ‘bothering’ the assessor for some petting, surely they wouldn’t be so petty? Bright-eyed, bushy tailed and beautiful Ernesto just wants somewhere to call home and rest his head. Could you be THE ONE or will he next REST his head on a COLD KILL TABLE? All due to a common cold. A volunteer writes: Very happy and lots of energy… That is what the medical folks said about Ernesto when he arrived at the care center. And indeed, he is quite an active, lively and playful young dog, barely out of puppyhood, absolutely gorgeous in his unique well groomed coat and rabbits ears. Ernesto is eager to come out of his den and pulls quite a bit on the leash. He eliminates on the way and seems glad to see other dogs on our way. A large pen is much to his liking. He can run, free and be the carefree youngster he loves to be. He has so much exuberance, jumps, runs and that could be the reason why he found himself as a stray. His former owners just forgot to train him and channel his young energy…Same story..always. Ernesto is a great guy, though, non aggressive and all jolly. He loves balls and will run and jump for them, not catching all the time but trying hard…There is no problem to take the ball out of his mouth. He is a good boy…Ernesto can sit on command and for treats and for balls. His eyes are sparkling and his face is split by a big smile. He is such an enthusiastic young man, a friendly character too who likes to be hugged and kissed. Ernesto is a pleasure for the eyes and a fun pooch to spend time with. He needs an active owner or family, some basic training and lots of walks and visits to the dog run….Ernesto will make an awesome companion, an amazing forever best friend.
