ANTONY & CONGRESS UPA II FAILED & MILITARY HARDWARE IN PATHETIC CONDITION DUE TO POLICY PARALYSIS & WILFUL NEGLECTION ….. - KOLKATA is a stealth Guided missile destroyer – got lowest priority in fittings. - Launched in 2006, floated in 2010, put on anchorage from 2010 -12 for 3 years, as Mazagon Dockyard has no space to start work on KOLKATA-the destroyer. - 3 years just floating on water idle, is a long waste of time & resources. - What type of Defence strategy is this ? - Where is responsibility of defence minister A. K. Antony - As long as ship is not commission, it is not Navy’s baby but Defence ministry’s responsibility. - Mishap shows sub-standard Brass Valve fitted which exploded & hit the Commander KUNTAL WADHWA on chest like a projectile. - Defence minister A. K. Antony & Congress party are giving lowest priority to forces in last 10 years & a very sorry state of military hardware is existing. INDIA IS ALMOST DOOMED IF ENEMY LIKE PAKISTAN ATTACKS US AS THEY ARE BARBARIC IN NATURE ………
