DELTA 2015 ; DELTA MARKET WOMEN ENDORSE OKOWA Market women and men in Delta State under the auspices of the Delta State Association of Marketers (DAM) have adopted the Senator Okowa , as their governorship candidate in the next year gubernatorial election. The marketers, led by the President- General of Market Women Associations of Nigeria, Mrs mary Chinedu the State Presidents of( DAM,) Jonathan Egware , respectively, announced the adoption in their separate remarks at the inauguration of the pioneer executives of the marketers’ umbrella body in Asaba , the state capital, on Monday. While commending the initiative of Senator okowa to bring all market women together, DAW said Okowas developmental programmes have positioned him to be our state governor .
