DENVER PUNKS WHO ARE 21+!! There is an awesome and fun oportunity here: My friend (and film school professor) is shooting a full-blown feature film this month, and they need punks for a live show scene! They are shooting a bar show scene at Crash 45 and they want to go full out on the punk vibe for the scene. That scene shoots on June 23, and you guys would need to be there between 4-10PM. One of the girls they need to cast is the gritty, tatted-up female bartender. There is dialogue for her, if anyone would want to do that part. Also, they need a punk band! One or more of the the bands songs would be featured in the same scene, filmed on June 23 at Crash 45. You would need to bring your band equipment and be set up to play in the background. Ideally, theyre looking for a band with a play on the 80s look (multi-colored hair, leopard print pants, studded jacket, etc, but this is flexible). Theyve reached out to PxPx about it, but in case theyre not available, this would be a cool opportunity for one of Denvers awesome bands (The Kaotix, Chemical X, The Bad Engrish, Criminal Mischief, etc...) to get some more exposure as a band and be in a feature film! One of the band members has a line of dialogue and would be featured. Contact Jessica McGaugh directly if youre interested. She rules, and her husbands band has played at 7C before. Do this and be a part of something awesome! Unfortunately, due to the fact that its shooting at a bar, everyone would need to be 21+, so I know that rules out a lot of you. BUT! I know a lot of you are 21+ and would be perfect for this, so get in touch!!
