(plus benefits) REQUIREMENTS: Relevant commercial or law related degree or diploma. A minimum of three years of forensic investigation experience. A valid driver’s license. Successful candidate will be required to undergo a security vetting process. PERSON PROFILE: The role requires good teamwork, report writing, communication and time management skills. The candidate should also have the ability to take ownership of tasks, be pro-active and resourceful, and display an awareness of fraud prevention and forensic investigation legal framework. PURPOSE OF POSITION: To assist with the provision of full spectrum of forensic services by assisting with prevention, detection and investigation of fraud and corruption in the Gauteng Provincial Government. DUTIES: Conduct forensic investigations that are planned and scoped. Prepare reports containing substantiated findings. Ensure quality assurance and that factual evidence is gathered in an effective manner. Provide general project support to the Assistant Director and/or Deputy Director. Complete assigned projects within allocated budget.
