Grade 12 or equivalent-No Experience. Computer literacy. DUTIES: Answering the telephone, filing of circulars, Planning of leave for cleaners, operators and professional nurses in collaboration with the matrons. Ensure that leave forms are completed and signed and submit forms to HR Department for capturing on Persal. Assist the matrons in planning of off duties for cleaners and operators. Arrange meetings between staff and the matrons. Typing of documents and spreadsheets. Checking of overtime claim forms and submit to HR. Distribution of mail and documents. General office duties.
