DEPUTY MAYOR UPDATE- The election will clearly come down to preferences to be counted tomorrow and maybe Thursday. With half the Deputy Mayor votes counted its very close at the top.. GIBSON 3368, SOWARD 3346 COX 2705, ELLISON 1499 AND HARRIS 1204.My scrutineers advise me that I am doing well on their examination on the number 2 votes so that will help come tomorrow when preferences are started. Appreciate all your support and will keep you posted the moment I know more. Theres no figures as yet for Alderman voting.
