DESPERATE SITUATION!!! CHAINED OUTSIDE 24/7!!! Manchester, OH “Rocky” GSD X Believed Going Blind **OUTSIDE RIGHT NOW IN BLIZZARD** TIME CRITICAL!!! PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!!! Contact Information: Jessica (937) 217-1622 Rocky is spending yet another day of his life at the end of a thick logging chain in a raging snow storm!!! The local ACO was called and the local shelter is full and they cannot take him in, nor can anyone contacted in the area!!! Rocky’s owner was evicted from the property and left behind Rocky, a horse and a cat. The horse and cat have rescue, but no one has stepped up for Rocky!!! The senior owner of the property is feeding him, trying to make sure he has unfrozen water, and some bedding, but we desperately need someone either adopting directly or a rescue to take Rocky now! Please! Just look at his photo, it is heartbreaking!!! Rocky has not been evaluated as to his vision, it is the opinion of the owner of the property, who said he appears healthy in every other area. If Rocky does have diminished vision and going blind please do not let that stop you for one second from taking him in. Anyone who has ever known a dog with diminished vision or a blind dog with till you that once acclimated, which usually only takes a few days, you forget they have any vision issues at all, and they are the same characters, the same loving dogs, as all the rest. Rocky will be no different! There is local help available in arranging transport. If you can help, please immediately get in touch with the contact!
