DID YOU KNOW? After age 25 our metabolism slows down by 5% every 10 years, meaning we all lose 2-4% of our lean muscle as a result. Doing a high intensity workout like Metafit speeds up the metabolism, increasing the amount of lean muscle in our bodies meaning more calories are burned at rest even after the workout has ended!! All fitness levels are welcome as this class is about working to the best of YOUR ability focusing on technique and using the weight of your own body to strengthen and condition the big muscle groups.
