DIEGO COSTA ARRIVES STAMFORD BRIDGE Jose Mourinho completed his second signing of the summer after the £30m capture of Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas. Chelsea are still in talks with the Spanish club over midfielder Tiago, who is a free agent, and left-back Filipe Luis, who could cost around £18m. Chelsea have met the buy-out clause for Costa, who has already had his medical and agreed a five-year deal worth around £150,000 a week. The Spain striker scored 36 goals for Atletico last season as they won La Liga and reached the Champions League final. The deal was finalised last night as Atletico closed in on a replacement for Costa with a move for Manchester City striker Alvaro Negredo. It had been on hold during the World Cup. Costa said earlier this month: Ive wanted to play in the Premier League for a while.
