It’s been a long time and even not to be surprised as far as having collegial character being the chosen witnessed of our LORD JESUS RESURRECTION inside the Eucharist in Verona, Italy is concerned that is almost 21 years now as my OBEDIENCE to the Will of God as I arrived in the Philippines last May 24, 1992 brought the GOOD NEWS and with the “gift of the Spirit of APOSTOLIC LINE being member of the College or Body of Bishops since year 1991-1992 into the FEAST OF CHRIST THE KING at Pioano, Verona. Now launching on this year 2013-2014 being HUMBLE SERVANTS OF THE RISEN LORD for this year in preparations for three (3) years until year2016 is actually with the sacred power and sacred vision after we celebrated the feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and with your homily in consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. That is why on this coming August 04, 2013 as we celebrated the FEAST OF ST. JOHN MARIA VIANNEY for the PRIESTS DAY CELEBRATION since the novena mass started it is important for the Ordained Priests like of St. John Vianney that he is also sharers in our RISEN LORD JESUS consecration and mission as our LORD is the HIGH PRIEST with the office of our ministry since all our priests are appointed in the order of the priesthood as I am also concerned and co-workers of the Episcopal Order. Since BALAYAN is even the center of TRADE & INDUSTRY at that time where the CABESERA of the PROVINCE OF BATANGAS being HUMBLE SERVANTS is happened in BALAYAN under the 1st District of the Province of Batangas right now as far as HISTORY OF BALAYAN is concerned. That is why what happened for the meeting of our members of the Construction Committee of our Parish with the PPC/PLC members and head of the religious organizations for the proposal plan of our ARCHDIOCESE OF LIPA with your Chancery office as my brother bishops are concerned after confessing the FINANCIAL STATUS of our ARCHDIOCESE in our Province in terms of the INCOME AND EXPENDITURES/OR EXPENSES of our ARCHDIOCESAN PRESBYTERS and ordained ministries hoping that I asked everyone to PRAY since the SUNDAY GOSPEL on this 28th day of July 2013 for the 17th SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME is important in the Gospel of Luke 11:1-13 “LORD TEACH US TO PRAY” being HUMBLE SERVANTS OF OUR RISEN LORD. Why? We can only and truly understand how we will overcome our anxieties about FIANCIALLY or Financial conditions even of our ARCHDIOCESE OF LIPA if we will just to listen for we will be reminded of our RISEN LORD JESUS that persistent prayer and intercession will receive its reward even we are not doing such that will create unnecessary out of our ministerial office such of establishing or to build other businesses within the vicinity of each parishes under our ARCHDIOCESE OF LIPA just to sustain the needs to the economic crisis at present of our local church of Lipa while in fact we don’t only see through Prayers that there are lots or abundant graces not only materially but spiritually as far as the present financial conditions of our Archdiocese is concerned while problems arises only because if we know of how we spend money or is it because we have over expending of money that to the normal income daily or monthly of our local Church or is it because why we have lot of priests who are sick is due for over abused of our desires without knowing why our human body as Ordained ministry experienced some sufferings for medications rather than to normal sickness of an old age that is not to spend more money but by the grace of God. All of these that what happened for us as my brothers in the order of the priesthood on the coming PRIESTS DAY CELEBRATION let us not forget that the homily of our ARCHBISHOP OF LIPA last July 16, 2013 in the Con-celebrated Mass at the Convent or Monastery of the Carmelite’s Sisters in Consecration to the IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY is important why the launching for our preparations for our Consecration and Sanctification into the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary will be on August 06, 2013 that is for 40 days until September 14, 2013 as we are on this year 2013-2014 being HUMBLE SERVANTS OF THE RISEN LORD JESUS.
