DIRECTIONS: ~ Take 2 capsules with 16oz of water 30-60 mins before your two largest meals. (I found it to work best if I take it 45 mins before breakfast & dinner). You can also open them up in a spoonful of yogurt, applesause, cottage cheese, or even a protein shake, but still drink your water! IMPORTANT INFO: ~ Water water water!!! I cannot express this enough! Skinny Fiber will NOT work without water due to the way it works! In your first couple to few weeks, your body will be going through detox (this process may take longer, depending on how toxic you are) and you need the water to help flush the toxins out! During this time, your body will be going through changes. It is completely normal for your weight to flux during this time. It is also normal if you dont see any pounds or inch loss during this time. Some people havent finished detox until the end of their 2nd or 3rd month. Again, just depends on how toxic you are. Also... if you are still consuming sodas or other sweet drinks during detox, then this may cause your detox period to take longer because Skinny Fiber is trying to get all of that out of your system, but you are still putting it in and its just working against it. ~Do not miss doses! Take your Skinny Fiber regularly as if it is your medication! It also cannot work if it is not in your system! If you do happen to miss a dose, then I suggest taking it just before bed and dont forget the water! TIPS: ~ Those that are use to a high calorie diet... only eat when you are hungry. It is not necessary to change WHAT you eat, because Skinny Fiber changes HOW you eat. You should start noticing that it makes you full before you finish your meals. So STOP eating as soon as you are satisfied! This will help your stomach to shrink back to its normal size and once you reach your goal weight, you will have been retrained on how much you eat. You should also start noticing that your junk food cravings are diminishing! ~ Those that arent getting enough calories... make sure you EAT at least 30-60 mins after taking Skinny Fiber. Not taking in enough calories will cause you to gain weight cause your body thinks it is starving and is holding on to what it has. ~ Be sure to weigh, measure and take pics at the beginning of your Skinny Fiber journey! You will more than likely notice more inch loss than pounds, due to the way Skinny Fiber burns the stored fat.
