Listening today while sitting in the car, the words spoke strongly to me about Gods love and HIS holy jealousy. His love IS as strong as death and his jealousy is as demanding as the grave. Who can stop the grave? Who is stronger than the grave? Any man? NO! But JESUS is! This is a true picture of how strong the true love of God is and his holy jealousy for his people. When a person really belongs to God, JESUS NEVER RELENTS because that person is HIS! JESUS WILL and DOES HAVE HIS PEOPLE..HIS HOLY BRIDE! Her sin stains are washed away in the precious blood of the LAMB! GLORY to GOD! Son_8:6 Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love is strong as death; jealousy is cruel as the grave: the coals thereof are coals of fire, which hath a most vehement flame. And might I add that NOTHING come hell or high water, can QUENCH HIS HOLY (set apart) LOVE for HIS people! Son 8:7 Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it: if a man would give all the substance of his house for love, it would utterly be contemned. Many have sought to pervert the Song of Solomon. Nevertheless, there is a pure truth here regarding Christ and his true bride. It cannot be denied even though the enemy would seek to distort and discredit it. Son 1:2 Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine. Son 1:3 Because of the savour of thy good ointments thy name is as ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee. Son 1:4 Draw me, we will run after thee: the king hath brought me into his chambers: we will be glad and rejoice in thee, we will remember thy love more than wine: the upright love thee. When we truly behold Christ, we will not care what others think nor will we do our worship to him to be seen of men. I often question when it all comes down, how will I stand? I know facing death, I wouldnt want to deny Christ. But in my own fleshly strength, I would deny him. I sometimes fear as to how I would endure severe torture for not having denied Christ but there is no need to fear because Jesus gives grace to endure. Hallelujah! When we behold Christ, there is no way we could deny him because it is HIS SPIRIT within us that worships JESUS. The Spirit of Christ cannot deny Christ! Hallelujah! Praise GOD! 2Ti 2:10 Therefore I endure all things for the elects sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. 2Ti 2:11 It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: 2Ti 2:12 If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: 2Ti 2:13 If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he CANNOTdeny himself.
