Anne Bryn Mawr College Department of Psychology Assistant Professor The Department of Psychology at Bryn Mawr College invites applications for a full-time, beginning tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Health Psychology to begin August 1, 2014. Research should focus on the mechanisms, biomarkers, or consequences of biopsychosocial processes involved in health and disease. The ideal candidate will be able to teach effectively at all levels of the psychology curriculum, including Introductory Psychology, Health Psychology, seminar and lab courses in the candidate’s area of expertise, and supervision of senior research. An essential aspect of the position is an independent research program that can meaningfully incorporate undergraduates. We seek a colleague who can contribute to the Department’s connections with other departments and interdisciplinary initiatives such as neuroscience, health studies, and social work. Candidates must have completed all Ph.D. requirements by the August 1, 2014, start date.
