DO NOT SIGN THE PETITION! READ FIRST!!! This petition is a lie and people dont know what they are signing. People will just sign anything. The VHBPA needs to do the same petition and immediately. The VHBPA leaders need to step up to the plate and fight this battle too by getting more signatures than Colonial Downs to prove a point. Why dont we have an IT marketing person?
