DO WE TRULY WANT A CHANGE? Conclusion: In this concluding part I will detail what you SHOULD do specifically. First and most importantly you should register to vote and when the day comes VOTE. This is the most powerful tool to effect a change. I know some of you like me have faced a lot of frustrations: non or late appearance of Inec officials, rowdy , unsafe environments for the registration and demand for bribes. Registration is supposed to be an ongoing process so if you cant register at any of the booths which have all closed now, go to your nearest INEC office and complain. If you have to devote a whole day to this please do. It is worth it. You can also call INEC citizens complaint centre on 07098116381 or 07098115257. Keep trying! You should now do the following : -Find out how many polling units you have in your ward. -What is the total number of registered voters in your polling unit? -Read the electoral act. Armed with this; you are now equipped to be a campaign volunteer. Organize your small circle of friends and family, create awareness on the electoral act, and on the day prepare all for picnic at the polling booth and encourage them to do the same in their areas. Do some research on the polling units, total registered voters in your -Ward, -LGA, -Zone and state.... at least for now. You can post your findings on Facebook and Twitter to leverage the power of social media. And please stop being over confident and start really marketing what your candidate plans for our country. May God intervene on the side of the weak in our society. Adeyemi Ikuforiji Movement says Good morning, Barka Jummah. Thank God Its Friday (TGIF)
