DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS ATTAHIYAT [ MUST READ TILL END] Attahiyat is a v.impDua we pray in our daily prayers. -Attahiyat is actually a part of the conversation between Allah Subhanawatala and Prophet Muhammad (SAW). During his journey of Al Isra Wal Miraj When Prophet Muhammad (SAW) met Allah(SW)Prophet didnt say Asalam aleikum. -What is someone going to say when he meets Allah (SW)? -We cant wish HIM peace because All sources of peace are through HIM. -So our prophet said:AttahiyyaatuLillahi Was Salawatu Wattayyibatu All compliments, all prayer and worship are for Allah (S W) -Allah Subhanawatala replied: Assalamu Alaika Ayyuhannabi yu Warahmatullahi Wabarkatuhu -Peace be upon you, Oh Prophet and Allahs mercy and blessings. -To this, Prophet (SAW) replied: Assalamu Alaina WaalaIbadillahis Saaliheen -Peace be on us and on all good slaves of Allah (SW). (Note, when Allah (SW)sent mercy and blessings upon the Prophet, he (SAW) included us in his reply and on all good salves of Allah (SW). -And listening to this conversation between Allah (SW)and His Messenger (SAW), the angels said, Ashhaduun La ilahaillallahu -I bear witness that no one is worthy of worship except Allah (SW ) -Wa Ashhadu Anna Muhammadun Abduhu Wa Rasooluh -And I bear witness that Mohammed (SAW) is His slave and Messenger. -SubhanAllah! understand the importance of this conversation.
