“DO YOU KNOW YOUR SIZE?” - You’re no longer a small or a medium, you’re a large but you don’t want to accept it. That’s what I was told by someone close to me as I tried over and over again to make a medium shirt happen for me. This is the same situation for many of us in ministry but it’s a little different. Currently some of our ministries are small or medium because we’re in the way and refuse to take on new ideas to grow to the next level. The Lord wants to expand our ministries but we’re still trying to squeeze in a small/medium way of traditionalism and other areas that prevent growth. You’re in the way of your own growth because you’re stuck. Sometimes as the leader you must accept that others have ideas better than your own. Open up your heart, your mind, and your spirit in order to accept that it’s time to accept the size of your potential for the next level… (DC Real Talk #4168)
