The Office of Intelligence and Analysis announces a new Student Internship Program designed to recruit current undergraduate students (Freshman through Junior) for an appointment in the Intel Analyst field. I&A is seeking to fill 10-15 intern positions throughout I&A. The below link has been forwarded to schools in the National Capital Region (NCR). This position is ideal for current students interested in a career in Intelligence and Analysis. As an intern, the incumbent will performs duties as a student trainee, assisting Intelligence Operations Specialists by performing basic collection and analytic duties as well as word processing and general office support duties. This position starts at a salary of $30,761 (GS-4), and may have promotion potential to $34,415 (GS-5). The incumbent is pursuing education and employment as part of a formal student employment program with a college or university. The incumbent is provided on-the-job training and assignments commensurate with his/her education.
