***DOG OF THE DAY *** Castor is a very sweet and loving guy! He has been at the shelter since 7/25 and needs rescue. He is walks well on a leash, doesnt seem to mind other dogs and loves people. Rescues please do not leave Castor behind another week, he has seen animals come and leave as he sits there. Castor is a well-behaved, friendly boy who welcomes company at his kennel. When the neighboring dog barks at him he ignores her completely and is laid back. He had a wound on the back of his neck that has healed leaving a unique bald patch. Castors hold is up 7-28-14, can be killed any time after that date.
