DONE. Its being done no matter right or wrong. What to do NEXT is find the solution this time and avoid to be happened again next time. No complaining. No arguing. PLANned before act and consider for the pros & cons of the plan. ASK question and advise when there are some actions of the plan are exactly not going to work at all. ASK is not AVOID the consequences of the decision. The decision & action at last, is by US not others. Always leave a SPACE for change both in mind and action. This is included in plan as well so called PLAN B. Do not count the hardness of work. When things are not working is NOT WORKing. We know it. ACCEPT & CHANGE. SIMPLE? but not really. Do not get wrong, its not mean easy. Things are naturally complicated and difficult thats why we FIND HARD to be simple. Never saying things are easy if you cant do it 120%. Thats all my philosophy.
