DONTs OF THE KITCHEN Dont taste food with the cooking spoon rather put a little quntity in your clean palm and taste. Dont use any pot without washing or rinsing thoroughly you dont know what insect or ant that have spotted on it. Dont litter your kitchen when cooking make sure theres a bin beside you so you can put all the dirty immediately after use. Dont use a pot with a dirty or black back to cook . Dont use kettle to boil water without rinsing. Dont leave your cooking utensils viz: bowl, knife, bucket, plate unwashed after using or cooking. Dont salivate in the food you are cooking i.e dont talk into the food so that youl not increase the water content of the by a drop of your saliva... lol. Dont sweat in the kitchen till the point of it droping like in the case of pounding yam.
