DOWN over 50 lbs from My HIGH --- So this weekend I had an opportunity to get on a scale were I was not concerned I would BREAK IT!!! lolol So my curiosity got the best of me because am getting in to clothes I have not been able to for several years!! Before I severely curtained my drinking I had been eating better but with losing 10-12K calories a week from not drinking vodka it has been an interesting and easier ride!! Had not been wanting to get in to all the weight loss charting obsession. As long as I knew I was eating better and doing my exercising it could not GET WORSE!! Funny to me that I can loose over 50 lbs and very few ppl notice unless it has been a while since they have seen me!! Then I think some of it is the shorter hair!! :-) Want to Thank a few ppl publically!! Thanks first to Rebecca DeBord who was SOOO kind and concerned and SMART the way she approached me about her concern!! It REALLY got me to THINKING!! Also thanks to Karen Crawford Cofer for her positive attitude and her help with ADVOCARE Products. Am about to do there challenge to get to the next level!! Big thanks also goes out to Karen Phillips what said she would love me no matter WHAT and HAS...although she did yell at me a few times for my bad behavior, but she was warranted!! :-) Big ole HuG of Thanks goes out to Teresa Newton Tatum who will also love me no matter what and is a person I can call and dump on any time and she is always there. But she has helped in MANY WAYS and it means lots too me!!! MANY MANY thanks to people like, and gawd I am gonna get in trouble here because I am gonna forget some one. But HUGE APPRECIATION GOES out to the people who talk to me late at night here no matter good or bad that keep me on a positive vibe. Those people would be but not limited to, Sherry Esquilla Penland, Sherrie Miller Brocksmith, Red McCord Springfield, Nina Walker, Andrea Bridges, Greg Eslinger & Keith Kenney...PLUS MORE... if I left you out and your feelings are hurt just let me know and I will put a star in your crown also!! Lastly, SPECIAL Thanks to Amy Haley for her friendship at JUST the RIGHT TIME and how she has caused me to LOOK WITHIN myself to be BETTER!! Dont get me wrong I am doing this for ME but Amy sure has HELPED!!! Again thanks to ALL of YOU and for all the ppl I know I left out. When ever I post about the drinking cut back I always get TONS of Encouragement and can never THANKS ALL of YOU ENOUGH!!
