DPT Presidents told Haaps ; From allegations of some party people, including Bji-Katsho-Uesu candidate Dr Gado Tshering’s involvement in starting a mine at the heart of the town, to issues of the president neglecting the dzongkhag and other parts of the west, Indo-Bhutan relations, regionalism and the Rupee and difficulty of getting them, people of the constituency brought them all up. First up, the president explained it was not that he preferred east or other parts of the country that he visited them during the primary election campaign and neglected Haa and other parts of the west, which he did not visit because he favored them less. Honourable DPT President;- Haaps have never said that Dr.Gado is involved in mining issue but DPT and DPT core supporter Gala Rinchen is the main person who is involved in Mining issue. 2. Presidents neglecting the Dzongkhag is 100% True and don’t try to make excuse over here because haaps are not TSHAGAY and TSHAGEMS. If you are not neglecting the Dzongkhag why there is no proper Dzong for Haaps when haaps can spare their Dzongs and acres of Land to IMTRAT for the benefit of Country. What is there at Pema Gatshel but Dzongkhag already have two Dzongs and third one is on merge to come up with proper Town. Did you ever visited Dzongkhag during your Prime Minister ship I guess not even during Earth Quake hit of September 2010 when haaps are in need of their leaders to see them. Forget about you not even your MP came to see them. 3. What is your and Dr.Gado’s solid Promise for Haaps if your Party and Dr.Wins from Haa. 1. General Hospital. 2, Teacher training Centre or some other institutes. 3. Centre like GNH centre. 4. A proper Dzong for Haaps 5. High way road Widen to Haa 6. Town planning and structures. Lastly Honourable President if you have not negleted Haa Dzongkhag what has your Government done for the haaps and Haa Dzongkhags in last five long years. I dont see a concrete proof of DPTS out put for Haaps.
