#DRC - US allies, #Rwanda & #Uganda shared with @AmbassadorPower that they are not responsible for bringing peace to the #Congo. The world community is clear about this - both countries have been waging war against the Congolese people for the past 17 years. They even fought each other on Congolese soil in Kisangani over minerals in the six-day war in 2000. They are incapable of bringing peace to the Congo. What these US allies are responsible for is the cessation of their war of aggression against the Congolese people via proxy militia like the M23.
