DRUG ARREST About 1.30pm on Wednesday 30 July 2014 Windsor Detectives had cause to speak with a 43 year old male from Glossodia who had just exited a vehicle in McQuade Ave, South Windsor. A subsequent search conducted revealed a small amount of what Police will allege was the drug Cannabis and also Crystal Methylamphetamine commonly known as Ice. Police also located two watches, possession of which could not be explained. A check on the status of his drivers licence revealed the male to be a disqualified driver. The male was arrested and taken to Windsor Police Station where he was subsequently charged with Possess Prohibited Drug x 2, Goods in Custody in relation to the watches and Drive Whilst Disqualified. He will appear before Windsor Local Court in August.
