DRUG TESTING WELFARE RECIPIENTS? Really? THATS ALL WE NEED is another useless trick aimed at punishing the poor. This will only cost tax payers large amounts of money and the chance of identifying a drug abuser will be rare. It is hard to believe that this Gov. could be concerned about the welfare of a poor person needing drug treatment. They rarely help people with drug treatment now. This is a Gov. who will not expand Medicaid, will not fully fund education for public schools. Instead of punishing poor people, lets drug-test every CEO and investor and shareholder who benefits from corporate welfare. While were at it, lets drug-test all the POLITICIANS who get campaign contributions from corporate welfare kings.
