Ask for laws to be changed so that mandated reporters are mandated testifiers IN court and no more hearsay allowed at any custody hearing. Ask that the protections in place for Native American children under ICWA be applied to all children and families. Explain that the family in America is to be cherished and for it to be broken, even temporarily, that it be taken very seriously and such things as hearsay and lack of discovery should never be acceptable.
