DTDC India - I have experienced one of the worst customer support experience from your team on the last two occasions, although I do not have details on the first occasion (because I thought it is a one of scenario) the recent scenario has made things worst. Tracking number V14240598 was booked at your Vimannagar (Pune) outlet on Thursday with express shipping to Bangalore, the time frame expected to reach Bangalore was Friday evening (the parcel was booked on Thursday keeping in mind the office in Bangalore might be closed on Monday on the occasion of Dushera)...however not to the surprise the parcel has not reached Bangalore till the time I am writing this post....this is completely unacceptable as everything that was planned keeping in mind the acceptable time of delivery is now gone for a toss....To add your customer support number (33004444) is busy from Friday evening till Saturday evening and the call gets automatically disconnected after 15 mins on the line...and people at the Vimannagar outlet have been giving false promises about the time of delivery from Saturday morning...I clearly understand the reason for this pathetic Customer service as no where in your VISION and Mission statement the concept of Customer Service is listed....It completely talks about the revenue, profit, governance and integrity....your tag line Delivering Value needs to be relooked into as you are not meeting it... Overall I do not suggest anyone to use DTDC services unless until you have time to wait your parcel at the WILL and WISH of the DTDC authorized team to deliver it to your footsteps....
