DUBLIN WOMAN INDICTED FOR INSURANCE FRAUD A Delaware County Grand Jury returned a 4-count indictment against Judith W. Cameron. “Ms. Cameron is alleged to have forged a physician letter and physician statements in order to receive disability payments from American Fidelity Assurance Company,” said Delaware County Prosecutor Carol O’Brien. “The indictment against Ms. Cameron specifies the crimes occurring between May 18, 2009 through June 29, 2010.” The Ohio Department of Insurance conducted the investigation. Cameron, 50, is charged with theft – a fourth-degree felony, insurance fraud – a fourth-degree felony, telecommunications fraud – a third-degree felony, and forgery – a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment date has not yet been set.
