DUE TO THE FACT that Facebook has chosen the use of software that will allow the theft of my personal information, I am stating on this date of December 08, 2014, in response to new guidelines from Facebook, pursuant to articles L.111, 112 and 113 of the intellectual property code, and declare that my rights are attached to all my personal data, drawings, paintings, photos, texts etc ... posted on my profile. My written consent is required at all times for the commercial use of any and all of my artistic and intellectual property. By this statement, I declare that Facebook is strictly prohibited to disclose, copy, distribute, transmit or take any other action against me based on this profile and/or its contents. The actions mentioned above also apply to employees, students, and staff or other personnel under the direction of Facebook. The content of my profile contains private information. The violation of my privacy is punishable by law (UCC 1-1-1-103 308,308 and the Rome Statute). Facebook is now a publicly traded entity.
