DULL DAVE - THE DRIVER What should have been a throroughly enjoyable afternoon turned out to be a bit of a disappointment if I am to be honest. Trevor, Roger, Big Dave and myself (small Dave) went to do a couple of hours train-spotting at Cowley between 13.50pm and 15.50pm (GMT) - only to find the rail lines were closed due to maintenance work. We were all looking forward to seeing the new British Rail Class 158 Express Sprinter livery 158882 - but this will now have to wait. At least Big Dave shared his flask of bovril with us all, although I must say it was a bit strong for my liking.
