DWI On 11/28/2013 while conducting a property check at the Wawa Food Market, Sgt. Bialous of the Westampton Twp. Police was notified by a store manager that he believed an intoxicated female just exited the store. Sgt. Bialous immediately left the Wawa and was able to make contact with the subject a Ms. Antoinett L. King of Lumberton NJ. Upon Sgt. Bialous investigation it was learned that Ms. King was intoxicated and had four small children in the car one being a new born baby. None of the children had child seats. The new born child was being held by a front seat passenger. Ms. King was subsequently arrested and charged with the following. DWI / Refusal to Submit Breath Samples, DWI w/ Minor in the Car (4 Counts) ,Suspended License, No Child Restraints (4) Counts, Circumventing Interlock Device. Ms. King while in custody refused to provide good samples of her breath for chemical testing. Ms. King is due in Westampton Twp. Municipal Court in December of 2013. Theft On November 28, 2013 between 1205 hrs and 1238 hrs, the above depicted suspects committed an act of theft at the Burlington County Institute of Technology, located at 695 Woodlane Rd. The suspects were recorded removing a set of tail lights valued at $288 from a 2011 Ford F250 that is owned by the Burlington County Institute of Technology. The suspects are all white males in their late teens. The suspects were operating a dark grey pick up with a lifted chassis and large tires. The suspect vehicle also has a set of amber lights on the roof. Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Sgt. Rogers at (609) 267-3000 at ext. 156.
