DWI no refusal this Saturday at least, perhaps the whole weekend! Including a checkpoint Saturday night! It does not actually mean you cant refuse everything, just that a judge will grant a search warrant to draw blood - IF, AND ONLY IF, you give them enough information for Probable Cause. The best policy is to NOT DRIVE intoxicated, take a cab, or designate a driver; especially on a weekend like this. If you get a DWI this weekend call us Monday, we are already preparing to fight this no refusal issue, since this is the first time ever in Baton Rouge. #criminaldefense ambeaulaw
