You want small business owners to advertise with you but you choose not to advertise as a means to generate new business. Your premise reps are regularly thrown out of small businesses for what? Local cable TV maybe, Fios, of which you are the bastard child, exists largely in part because of your spin off (Idearc) grow a pair and cut a deal with them.
