Dabengwa demands voters roll: ZAPU leader, Dumiso Dabengwa has filed an electoral court application demanding an electronic voters roll from the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC). In the application, Dabengwa, represented by Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights (ZLHR), cited ZEC Chairperson, Justice Rita Makarau; ZEC Chief Elections Officer and the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs as respondents.
