Dad allowed back in?? So I was married for 6 years to this man who I thought was amazing. I had a son from a previous relationship with my high school sweetheart but my ex husband accepted as his own. We had a 2nd child together 4 years into our marriage that was planned. 2 months after he was born my ex husband snapped and became violent trying to take our kids for some reason and trapping me in the house. Im a pretty sheltered person and that kind of behavior threw me for a loop. I tried to save our marriage with anger management and counseling but it was too late. At first it looked like he wanted his kids in his life but after he realized I had moved on and rekindled a relationship with my high school sweetheart after 10 years and got engaged and pregnant again, he stopped all contact with the kids. And has never paid child support at all which was court ordered. 2 years later FMEP finally found him and takes half his paycheck. He all of a sudden wants to see the kids again. My eldest son wants nothing to do with him and his biological son doesnt have a clue who is. I dont think he has any right to see them and he has no legal rights left as the courts gave me full custody and guardianship rights. Any thoughts????
