Daddy would have been 78 today. At the risk of stating the obvious to those in the club - these milestone days are always a challenge. So I will focus on the fact that I was blessed with a father who loved me - and all of his family - fiercely. He was funny, creative and smart. He taught me to love nature, the ocean, music, theatre and Tom Lehr. He could hold practically an entire conversation responding with lines from songs - most likely show tunes. He was humble and quirky and set in his ways. He was a fantastic friend. He fought Parkinsons with a courage that blew me away. He is one of those rare, lucky individuals who although in MY opinion left us too soon, also quite likely left this world without saying if only I had... I love you Daddy. I miss you. Today and every day. See you in heaven.
