Dahi Bhalle.....delight in your mouth.... Wash and soak 2 cups of white urad dal overnight...in the morning drain the water and grind the dal with very little water to a fine paste....transfer the paste to a bowl....add 2 tbsp of ice cold water and beat well for 15 min.atleast ....u can add more water to it while beating..when the batter doee not stick to the spoon its done....it should be fallinv from the spoon as lump.....add 1/2 tsp of hing and 1/2 tsp of jeera alongwith 1-2 chopped green chillies and 1 tbsp chopped ginger....mix well adding just 1/2 tsp of salt.....heat oil in a kadai....wet your hands and add half a handful of batter in the kadai....fry on medium heat till golden brown. Do not fry on high flame as the bhallas would be done from outside but wld be raw from inside...take out and keep aside..... Take 2 cups of curd and whisk it...to it add 1 tbsp of sugar and mix well......take 4 tbsp of boondi and soak them in warm water for 2 min....drain and let it cool in a plate...take one boiled potato ...peel it and cut into cubes...... Soak the bhallas in warm water for 5 min. It will leave extra oil and once we take it out ...squeeze out extra water and allow to cool....this will make the bhallas soft... Now add boondi, potatoes, and bhalla to the dahi....add 1 tsp if black salt, 1 tsp of black pepper powder and 1 tsp of bhuna jeera powder..garnish with chopped corriander and serve...... U can also add khatti meethi imli chutney and mint chutney to it as per your choice.....
