Daily Announcements Friday, November 22, 2013 Today is B2 Independent study period today for Mrs. Horne’s period 3 & 4 classes. Midget Girl’s Wildcat try-outs will be held at Rideau on Nov.26 from 7:30 to 9. Any 9/10 girls interested in playing should be there. Friday: Would the following students please come to guidance now: Cody Ball, Kelsey Berry, Brian Craig, Brian French, Rick Mattice, Ian Sly, Daniel Snider, John Steeves, Braiden Wing, and Natasha Bailey. This is a reminder to all Grade 12s who have applied to College and/or University, that you should be completing your application and paying the application fee using a credit card before Christmas break. That leaves you one more month. If you still need to apply, please see Mrs. McCourt during period 2 today. We will meet in the senior lounge. The Elgin Rink committee has organized a skate exchange to take place on December 6th from 4 to 7pm here at Rideau District High School. South Crosby and the Elgin Healthybodies Gym are the drop off points for any skates you may have to donate and remember December 6th if you need a pair of skates for this winter season! There is no money involved in this exchange, the rink committee want to see everyone out skating this season, that is their goal! Happy birthday to Ryan Bilton and Melanie Bearance!
