Daily Bulletin, Friday, Oct. 18, 2013: * Sports Events for Friday: Cross Country in Clarkston. Cross Country photos will be taken before the bus departs. * Attention B team volleyball players: team pictures are today at 3:15 in the Field House. Wear jeans and bring your picture money if you plan to buy pictures. Team 1 will have their team party following pictures in Coach Laws room. * A question from the Great Auk for Friday: What form of government comprised over 60% of the worlds governments in 1900 but only 5% of the worlds governments by 1987? and the answer is...monarchy * Library: WARNING!!!! To avoid loss of merit points, please pay all library fines and return overdue library books by October 30th. Any unpaid fines and any books that are at least 10 days overdue will result in a loss of 5 merit points. * If you are bringing money for school lunch, please bring it to the cafeteria in the morning before school. Also, please remember to bring your ASB card to lunch to help speed up the lunch line. * Due to the number of forks being thrown away in the lunchroom, we may be forced to change to plastic utensils which are not environmentally friendly. Please do not throw your forks away at lunch! Lets work together to help us avoid chancing over to plastic. * Voting for the MMS t-shirt design will take place today during Access. Cross Country students can stop by the office anytime today to vote since they will be gone this afternoon. * Hallowingo is coming! Students, it is time to start talking with your first period classes to put together trick-or-treat bags to win as prizes at the citys biggest, craziest bingo game ever. First period classes have been paired together to create bags to use as prizes for October 30s reward activity. Each students individual contribution will be combined to form big prizes! Start bringing in prizes and let the fun begin! * 6th grade students interested in running for ASB leadership: if you are going to MOSS next week, you need to turn in your applications in to Mr. Allen or the office by the end of the day today!!! All applications are due next Friday, but you will be in McCall. * Team sports photos are today after school in the Field House for all fall sports. If you have not received a picture packet from your coach and you want to order photos, please stop by the office. If you do not plan to order photos, please still plan to be in the team photo.
