Daily Challenge 09/27/13 Front squat drops 3-3-3-3. Holding the bar in the front squat rack position and your feet hips width apart, actively pull your hips towards the ground stopping at the bottom of your squat with your feet in the squat position. Stand up out of the squat, reset, repeat, enjoy. 25 reps of each of the following. You must complete the reps on a movement before going to the next one. Box jumps Diamond push ups (thumbs and forefingers touch under the center of your chest) Split jumps (step into a lunge, jump up landing with your feet in the opposite lunge position) Double unders Right arm ground to overhead (40/25) Squat jumps (jump out of the squat as high as you can. Go for height every rep!) Left arm ground to overhead (40/25) Sit ups Push ups with elbow tap (at the top use one hand to touch your opposite elbow) Box jumps Beginner Modify any movements needed. Jumping jacks for doubles. G2E weight is 30/15 Intermediate Weight is 30/15. Tuck jumps may be subbed for doubles Advanced As written Post results to Facebook or back board!
