Daily Forecast - Wednesday, September 3, 2014 Good morning. A frontal boundary moved through the area overnight and has brought with it a temporary relief from the heat and humidity. As the days continues you will notice a drop in humidity/moisture as drier air moves in. Temperatures this afternoon will be relatively warm with highs topping out in the mid 80s for most. Winds will be light out of the northwest with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. Tonight lows drop down to near 60. The UV index for today will be around 7. Looking ahead. Thursday will be a nice day with lower humidity and moisture... Enjoy it! Only reason I say that is because come Friday the heat and humidity returns with the chance for thunderstorms. Fortunately, this burst of Summer will be short lived. Come Sunday temperatures and humidity will be much lower with conditions feeling much more like Fall.
