Sugary snacks and other refined carbs spike blood sugar and cause pounds to settle in your midsection. Choose whole grains, beans, and vegetables instead. This is soo hard for me, I LOVE carbs, bread and pasta are my weakness! Trying to cut back on them, not cut them out!
