Daily Reminder: Johnnie A.Maier instigated the hiring of Dwan St John (ordered Mayor Catazaro Perry and Ken Koher, Income Tax Administrator, to hire St John.) and ordered them to conceal from City Council that Koher was hiring her, so Ms St John would qualify for health care benefits (32 hours total per week). When it was revealed in the newspaper on June 27 2014 that St John would be a full time employee, Milan Chovan and 5 other people said: NO YOU DIDNT and reduced the funding for the parking enforcement position: the reaction from Maier .... implemented by Catazaro Perry, was to SLANDER MILAN CHOVAN with accusation of racial motivation Here is the evidence
