Daily Video Message January 22, 2015 I know we have discussed in the past the importance of meditation as well as its benefits, both physical and mental, but because I feel so strongly about this subject I wanted to touch on this again. It would be easy to assume that meditation is just a mental exercise and that the benefits of meditation are limited to the mind only, but stop for a moment and consider the fact that your mind and your thoughts are connected to every other aspect of your life. Your thinking affects your emotions, and your emotions affect your physical body. You are a connected being...... your mind, your physical body, your emotions and the spiritual dimension of your life are all intertwined. According to neuroscientists as you continue to meditate your brain physically changes, even though you’re not aware of it reshaping itself. This is very powerful stuff and its at our fingertips and its FREE! :-) If meditation is not part of your daily routine I encourage you to make time, only 15 minutes, to add this practice daily. I have included in this post two short videos that will help to explain the benefits of meditation. I also encourage you to google the benefits of meditation. It will give you a lot more info than what I can post here. It will definently inspire you to start.
