Daisy is 12 years old, has chronic otitis and arthritis. She came to us two weeks ago because an eye ulcer that had gone undetected had rupture and she needed an enucleation. The current owner had been driving up from Colorado Springs to have her ears treated regularly and had brought her up for the eye issue. He was worried about continuing to treat her because he would soon be unemployed and wasnt sure if he could afford her care. He was worried that he would have to euthanize her. Hilary had been wanting a old fat pug as my next dog and this was just the perfect opportunity to help. Daisy is now living with Hilary and Fabianna along with two other dogs and three cats! They are all getting along just fine!
