Rehabilitation of power plants at Egbin in Lagos State, Ughelli and Sapele in Delta State, Olorunsogo phase 1 in Ondo State, and Shiroro and Kainji Dams in Niger State. Commissioning of new power plans at Alaoji in Abia State, and Geregu phase 2. Launch of energy efficiency and conservation lighting scheme by the President. National crude oil output peak at 2.5 million barrels per day in 2013. Sustained crude oil production of 2.5 million bpd from a 2009 production of 700,000 bps.Deregulation of the downstream subsector, and new pricing supported by SURE-P. Stable supply of petroleum products. Creation of 30,000 jobs anchored on Nigerian Local Content Law. Establishment of the Gas Aggregation Company of Nigeria. Commissioning of Oredo Gas project. Repairs and Upgrade of Upstream oil facilities.transport : The Ministry of Transport has produced a 25-year strategic vision for Nigeria Railways. Before the advent of this administration, the Railway system was practically dead. Today, we have revived the rail sector. The narrow gauge line from Lagos to Kano has been rehabilitated with improved coaches providing regular services. The rehabilitation of the Port Harcourt-Maiduguri rail line is progressing with the Port Harcourt-Gombe segment as well as the branch line from Kafanchan to Kaduna expected to be completed and fully operational by December 2014. Rehabilitating several railway corridors including the Lagos-Ibadan-Ilorin-Jebba-Minna-Kaduna-Zaria-Kano with branch line from Zaria-Kaura Namoda; the Lagos-Abuja high speed (896 km); the Zaria-Kaura-Namoda-Sokoto-Illela (640 km); East-West line from Benin-Agbor-Asaba-Onitsha-Owerri-Aba with a spur line to Onitsha-Nnewi (323 km) and coastal line Benin-Sapele-Warri-Yenogoa-PortHarcourt-Uyo-Calabar. Already, work on the Abuja-Kaduna standard gauge rail line, is progressing. The tracks of the rail line will be completed by December 2014. Upon completion of the project in the first quarter of 2015, it will be possible for Nigerians to live in Kaduna and work in Abuja. The Itape-Ajaokuta-Warri standard gauge line has attained an advanced stage, with the track completely laid. We hope to commence full operation before the end of 2015. Other segments of the new standard gauge speed train network are planned with contract already awarded for the Lagos –Ibadan Segment. There will be more of such modern and faster rail connections in the coming years. Already, discussions are now at advanced stage, for the Coastal rail line that will traverse through 10 states, from Lagos through the South-South and South-East, all the way to Calabar. We are also making effort towards establishing a locomotive assembly plant in Nigeria in partnership with GE of USA and construction of jetties and procurement of ferries.GEJ did virtually in all the sectors without being bias to either ethno or religious sentiment ....... you have no justification to vote against him if you must be sincere to yourselves.
