Damn its monday already. Once again shoutout to everyone who played a major role toward the success of the #UMAs now we get back to work since #KMM. I would like to say though, I am personally disappointed in every single one of you (mainly artists) who have a piece of negative criticism to spit about the #UMAs n their execution. ALL of you are a poor excuse for artists and this leaves no one out. If you know yóu did not give urself even 5min to voluntarily go to the Ultimate offices to find out how you could maybe assist the UMAs or give suggestions to enhance and make sure the event and its worth are delivered to the best of #OUR collective efforts, you should start considering to resign from this line of work. Half of you think you are something and your not even past constipation yet. So many local houses worked their teams off to help and sponsor this even all in the name of honoring you so called artists and all you characters could ask about was how much u getting paid or whats in it for you bla bla. Im restraining myself from using the words I really want toy because I dont even feel you are worth my emotional responses. Le ea soabisa le ea re tlontlolla rona batho ba tlileng mosebetsing mona. Haeba le utloa le hloleha tlohelang ho re senyets mesebtsi bo me le bo ntate kapa ho ea ka boitsoaro ba lona , Bo ausi le bo abuti. A ke le luleng fatse le itlhahlobe. Ba bang ba lona le baholo ba baholo le ho nna feela le ikeme le batla ho jesoa nthoa ngoana le nyanye tami. No one said this is going to be easy but ur ignorant and childish behavior is not helping us build. Also many of you just keep complaining even when there is development you must keep complaining. You make us all look worthless and I sure as hell know that in my personal capacity alone Im worth a lot more than many of you could even think and its all from a good decade of hard work. Not because T-mech ke cheese like many of these characters think. I could carry on but I will conlude by saying I believe you or rather we are all gifted especially with brains. I suggest we use them and learn about our craft. Not just the music notes n chords and such but also the business and admin side. Let us learn about infrastructure of the industry we want to be built and have feed and propel us to higher positions than we already have. We want to be seen as somebody in our own homes but our people will never see that unless we prove our worth by turning this collectively into a means of living. We all need to forget ourselves individually and work as a collective. Sometimes we will have to suffer or be short changed here n there some of us will have to bare the hurt n frustration of the job here n there but many of us are already old our time is coming to a quick end but we can make sure the generations that follow us dont struggle like we are right now. All that said I humbly request everyone to cooperate with me and all those that are looking toward building a #Real Entertainment industry in n for our country. No hate of internationl acts but I genuinely dont feel we should be bringing people down to our country just to perform take our money and leave. If anything these people should be the ones who are asking to come here and also not just to perform but to work with us. However the way we act n behave makes it hard for us to be recognized even by folk in our line of work in other countries. So folk pls pls please Ke ea Kopa hle ha re thusaneng re tloheleng ho tletleba. Anyway yall its all love. #BONAOGF
