Matt Rogers beat Matt Griffin in the WMCQ Auckland Final to lock up the first spot on Team NZ at the World Magic Cup. 4 - Zheng Jingwei - NZ Captain. Had a 2013 like Jason’s 2014. If Joe had been playing more regularly he would probably be winning and ranked higher 5 – Nick Newman - And the final team member … Nick piloted RW Burn to a win at WMCQ Palmerston North. 6 – Johnson Lin - Won the last Modern PTQ with Pod and played his first Pro Tour in Honolulu. 7 – Brandon Wise - 1st at the Christchurch Players Championship. That’s all I know sorry ... 8 – Walker Macmurdo - Not sure if he counts as a Kiwi anymore but he is the reigning Grand Prix Auckland Champion and that means something right?
